ORDERING
In the event that there are questions about the order, please include your contact information, phone number and/or email address. Also provide us with any special instructions and desired delivery date. Every order includes a hand written gift card with your message along with orchid care information.
SHIPPING
We use FedEx 2 Day Service. Orders must be received by noon Hawaii Time (click for time zones) to ship out the next day. We ship Monday through Wednesday for Wednesday through Friday delivery. If a Saturday delivery is requested, there will be a $15 additional charge.
We do not ship on holidays including New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, ships or APO’s.
Note: Be sure to double check the shipping address and make sure it is accurate and correct. FedEx MUST have a correct shipping address, zip code and phone number. Please indicate if the address is business or residence.
Orders placed with incorrect information that prevents delivery will not be refunded, there is a $15 rerouting charge for corrections.

Please call if you have a critical delivery date and we will make every effort to comply with your request. THE BEST THING TO DO IS ORDER EARLY!
RURAL AND REMOTE AREAS SURCHARGES
Some remote locations may require an additional fee. We will notify you by Email in this event. Alaska is an additional $20.

DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, inclement weather, etc.)
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We take great pride in the quality of our orchids and great care in packing your order. In the unlikely event that damage is evident upon receipt of your order, please report the damage to us immediately and keep all packing material and flowers. Please call our toll free number 1-855-218-2168 within 24 hours of receipt.
RANDOM INSPECTION
Shipments are subject to random inspection by State and Federal agencies. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by inspection from these agencies.
